How is my commission calculated?
Commission is calculated as a percentage of each subscription payment made by your referred customer. For example, at Starter tier (20%), a referred customer paying $100/month earns you $20/month.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month for the previous month's confirmed payments. Payouts are made within 10 business days. Minimum threshold: $100 with 3 approved conversions.
How long do I earn from each referral?
Starter and Growth tier: 12 months of recurring commission per referral. Champion tier: lifetime recurring commission for as long as the customer remains subscribed.
What happens if a referral gets a refund?
If a referred customer receives a refund within the refund period, the associated commission is reversed. This may be deducted from future commission payments.
Can I refer myself or my own business?
No. Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in commission reversal and possible account termination.
What promotional methods are allowed?
Blog posts, social media, email newsletters, YouTube, podcast mentions, and community referrals are all permitted. Pay-per-click advertising on Cincht brand terms is not allowed without prior written approval.
