Referral Programme Agreement

The Cincht Referral Programme allows existing Cincht customers to earn rewards by referring new customers to Cincht. This programme is separate from the Cincht Affiliate Programme which is designed for dedicated marketing partners. By participating in the Referral Programme you agree to these terms.

To participate you must: • Be an active Cincht customer with a paid subscription in good standing • Refer individuals or businesses that are not existing Cincht customers • Comply with all applicable laws regarding referral marketing and disclosure

For each eligible referral who signs up and activates a paid Cincht subscription: • Referrer receives: Account credit equivalent to one month of the referred customer's subscription value, up to USD $50 • Referred customer receives: 20% discount on their first month's subscription Rewards are credited within 30 days of the referred customer's first successful payment. Rewards expire 12 months from the date of credit if unused.

Share your unique referral link, available in your Cincht dashboard under Account → Referrals. When your contact clicks the link and signs up, the referral is automatically attributed to you.

The following referrals are not eligible for rewards: • Self-referrals (referring your own additional accounts) • Existing Cincht customers or former customers who cancelled within the past 12 months • Referrals made through paid advertising on Cincht brand terms • Referrals where the referred customer cancels or requests a refund before the reward is processed

Cincht reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Programme at any time. Rewards already earned and credited will be honoured. Changes will be communicated via email.
