Abuse Policy

This Abuse Policy describes behaviours that are prohibited on the Cincht platform and within the Cincht Affiliate Programme. Cincht is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and trusted environment for all users, customers, and partners.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via any Cincht WhatsApp channel • Using Cincht's API or platform to send phishing, fraudulent, or misleading messages • Impersonating Cincht, its employees, or other users • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Cincht systems or other users' accounts • Using Cincht's infrastructure for illegal activities including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or trafficking • Harvesting or scraping user data without consent • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code through Cincht messaging channels

In addition to the restrictions in the Affiliate Programme Agreement, affiliates must not: • Use automated bots or click-farms to generate fraudulent referral clicks or sign-ups • Offer cash-back, rebates, or incentives to referred users without Cincht's prior written approval • Use Cincht's brand in paid search campaigns without explicit written approval • Create fake or duplicate accounts to circumvent programme restrictions • Misrepresent the Cincht product, pricing, or features in any promotional material

If you become aware of any abuse of the Cincht platform or Affiliate Programme, please report it immediately to: Email: abuse@cincht.com All reports are investigated confidentially. Cincht does not tolerate retaliation against reporters who submit good-faith abuse reports.

Violation of this Abuse Policy may result in: • Immediate suspension or termination of your Cincht account or affiliate account • Forfeiture of unpaid commissions • Legal action where appropriate • Reporting to relevant authorities Cincht reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes an abuse of the platform.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of Cincht services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
